Application Procedure and Process	Essay of 750 words or less on topic: "What is the Most Important Issue Facing Young Adults in Washington DC?" Explain how you would address this issue Submit letter of acceptance by an accredited college or university Submit completed Claudette Franklin Ford Memorial Scholarship Application information Submit current contact information (postal address, phone number, email address) Interview of finalists by selection committee All essays and all rights to their publication become the property of the Oracle Set Foundation, Inc. which may use, edit, and excerpt these entries for promotional or any other purpose without attribution or compensation, additional or otherwise.
